Celebrate fall (AKA PSL season) with a mischievously tasty twist: Pumpkin Spice Latte Dip plus our Sea Salt REAL THIN Crackers for crunchily crisp contrast.
Ingredients
1 pkg of vegan cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup pumpkin puree
1-2 tsp espresso powder
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
Vegan whipped cream (optional)
Sea Salt REAL THIN Crackers
Preparation
Using a mixer on medium speed, beat together the vegan cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla extract, 1 tsp espresso powder, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice and mix until combined. Taste and add more espresso powder and pumpkin pie spice as desired. Fold in pumpkin puree. Optional: Top with vegan whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Serve with Sea Salt REAL THIN Crackers.
